Shipping Information:

Shipping sucks, we know. That’s why we offer flat rate shipping with no hidden costs, and it’s even tracked because that covers both you, and us, in the unfortunate event that something goes astray as your parcel makes its way to you. All of our packages are sent via AusPost from Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Australian Standard Shipping: $6 (4-7 days) or FREE for orders over $60
Australian Express Shipping: $10 (1-3 days)

International Standard Shipping: $16 (2-4 weeks) or FREE for orders over $100 AUD
International Express Shipping: $30 (1-2 weeks)

Please note, when ordering internationally you are responsible for any customs or duties fees that your country may impose on incoming packages. It is illegal for us to state a different value on any customs forms, so please don’t ask. Please check the website of your national carrier prior to ordering if you are concerned about customs and duties.

• COMBINE - if you currently have an open order and would like to add additional items and combine shipping on the two orders.

Processing times:

Our goal is to mail out everyone’s orders within a few days. Sometimes life, the commitments of having seven kids, and also running a handmade business can get in the way - we are not Amazon and never intend to be! To take these occasional delays into account please allow up to ten days for your order to be processed and in the mail, especially during busier times of the year such as back to school and Christmas.
